#342: Happy You're in My Life (Friday, July 19)
This week's affirmation: The people who make me happy know; I take every opportunity to tell them.
"Nothing is nicer than having someone who appreciates you in the smallest things, accepts you in the times of hardships, comforts you when you're troubled, loves you no matter what and is simply happy for having you in their life."

# 341: Save Yourself (Friday, July 12)
This week's affirmation: I let others be and focus instead on being the best ME.
I saw a picture a long time ago, and it's always stuck with me. It was a woman holding a sign that said:

I saw a picture a long time ago, and it's always stuck with me. It was a woman holding a sign that said:
"Save yourself. The whales are doing fine."Sometimes we focus so much on being critical of others that we forget about working on ourselves. It's nice every once in a while, to leave others alone and let them be who they want to be - good, bad or indifferent - and worry about just being the best you, the you that you want the world to know and remember.
Think of what you can accomplish if you focus all your energies on just you for a while!

#340: No Explanation Needed (Friday, July 5)
This week's affirmation: I am channeling my inner child.
Nowadays, if you tell someone you're happy they will likely ask you why. It's one of the tragedies of adulthood, that we are rarely happy without explanation. Whether it's finally accomplishing a goal; falling in love; or getting a new job, there's usually a justification for our happiness. When was the last time you were happy for no reason at all?
